Why Your Company Needs International Protocol Training
  • The wrong handshake could mean goodbye
  • Are you losing business because of employee bad manners?
  • Is your company a victim of “missed connections?”

In today’s global market place you and your employees need to understand the cultural differences which affect the way business is done in the international marketplace. International and American business people often are the victims of “missed connections” because of problems of communication. The secret to international business success is an awareness of accepted behavior in doing business with another country with a different culture.

We also offer classes for pre-teens and teens with special emphasis on Etiquette and Dining Manners. The hands-on course includes taking the young people through an actual luncheon or dinner and for girls, proper behavior for a formal Tea in preparation for college social activities.

The course is designed to give young people confidence with classmates, teachers and friend’s parents. We help with first impressions, fashion, conversation skills, cell phone etiquette, respect for other’s property, and cross culture training for interaction with young people of different races, religions, and cultures.

Dating manners are also addressed with advice on proper behavior, parental curfews, inappropriate behavior, driving, and discussion of drinking and drugs and how to resist the temptations that they may encounter.
